Sevenich, Butler, Gerlach & Brazil, Ltd. is a full-service tax, accounting, and consulting firm that has been dedicated to providing services to closely-held and family-owned business and individual clients since our establishment in the early 1950s

The Firm was founded by Roman Sevenich, who helped establish the business department at St. Thomas College in the late 1940s and early 1950s. He was a full-time teacher at the college and a part-time practitioner. Frank Gerlach joined Roman as a full-time professor at St. Thomas in the early 1950s and also taught full-time and practiced accounting part-time. Dan Sevenich (Roman's son), Larry Butler, and Bill Brazil joined the firm in the late 1950s and early 1960s as full-time practitioners and part-time teachers at St. Thomas.
