Darcy is a CPA with a B.A. degree in Accounting from the College of St. Thomas. She started with the firm in 1981 and joined as a partner in 1990.

Darcy has many years of experience in accounting services, audits of non-profits, tax compliance for individuals, partnerships and corporations and retirement planning services. She has provided these services to professional practices, retailers, and non-profits.
